ЕМОЦІЙНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ ФАКТОР ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ БІЗНЕСУ

Проаналізовано поняття "емоційного інтелекту", виявлена необхідність його оцінки як складової оперативного та стратегічного менеджменту персоналу, що реалізовується як на етапі набору, так і розвитку й управління. Вивчено соціо-психологічні дослідження зарубіжних авторів у цій сфері. Проведено аналіз впливу рівня емоційного інтелекту на працездатність співробітника, розглянуто досвід зарубіжних компаній щодо використання фактору емоційного інтелекту у своїй діяльності. Доведено, що наразі компанії четвертого рівня зрілості з найвищими фінансовими показниками, які акцентують особливу увагу на феномені емоційного інтелекту, по-перше, володіють високоефективним потенціалом відбору та найму персоналу, що містить такі емоційно-психологічні характеристики, як амбіційність, здатність до навчання, зацікавленість та цілеспрямованість. По-друге, набувають конкурентні переваги в нових ринкових умовах, пов'язаних із глобальними технологічними викликами та управлінням бізнес-процесами в умовах цифровізації та Індустрії 4.0 загалом.
